In this module, we’ll look at how you can define the what, why, and how of your business in a “brand book”, which contains guidelines about any area of the business you need it to – visual identity, writing style, events, photography, etc. To get you started, we’ll work on the fundamentals of your brand book by looking at your company’s values, personality, and online approach.
